Your spot on an AVALON selected tour will be
reserved upon receipt of your BOOKING FORM plus
deposit of 50% of invoice amount. Deposits are
fully applied to your final payment. Your
booking is considered final and binding on
issuance of our letter of confirmation. We
reserve the right to change the prices in the
future. This will not effect the customers that
have already booked their tour. The balance must
be paid 90 days before departure. Avalon
reserves the right to cancel reservations not
paid in full by the due date. If you sign up
less than 90 days before departure, the initial
payment must be in full.

Our tour package uses quality
accommodation. Hotel rooms are air-conditioned
and have en-suite bath/shower and WC, direct
dial phone, TV and fridge. Hotels have 24 hrs
room service, massage and laundry facilities;
most of them have a swimming pool.
Not included
Tour price does not include airfare, various
activities, gasoline and entrance fees, lunch
and dinner, snacks, beverages and refreshments,
pre and post tour hotel accommodation, items of
a personal nature, passport and visa fees,
fines, gratuities, laundry, phone-fax calls,
personal insurance... Your tour application can
be made by filling the BOOKING FORM. All costs
are quoted in English pounds (GBP), payments
in
other currencies are accepted.
